About the Department

Department of commerce incepted in the Year 2007 with two faculties & 7 (seven) students for the academic session 2007-08. Thereafter, Department started to offer B.com Honours in Management from the academic session 2009-10. In the Year 2009 two more faculty members were added to the department. The main motto was to explore new frontiers of knowledge in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Company Laws, Labour Legislation, Entrepreneurship, Managerial Economics, Income Tax & innovations in academics. The rapid growth of Department of Commerce is reflected in number of faculties as well as in the enrollment of students. In this span of a decade the Department has produced colorful results in academics.
